Eva is an accomplished and knowledgeable administrator with a commitment to quality and personalised service. She has a particular interest in community service. Her experience in a number of companies, including an international accounting firm, management consultancy and market research organisation, has equipped her with strong customer service skills and efficient, productive problem solving strategies.

Eva produces weekly rosters for home carers and ‘goes the extra mile’ to respond to special requests. She takes care in matching clients and carers and creates a smoothly run service. Eva also considers the need for continuity and reliability expressed by both HACC clients and care staff when compiling rosters. In order to bring further knowledge to her role, Eva completed her Certificate III in HACC in 2008.

Margaret is a senior manager who is primarily responsible for Regent’s government accounts. She holds a Bachelor of Business, with majors in HR and Marketing. Throughout her eight years in recruitment, Margaret’s professionalism and emphasis on quality have earned her an enviable reputation in the industry.

Broad experience in all aspects of the profession, including bulk recruitment and account management, has provided her with a solid foundation for managing teams. Before joining Regent, she honed her management skills with senior positions as Operations Manager and Branch Manager.

Margaret’s strong customer service orientation stems from her training and experience in the aviation industry, where she worked as a Customer Service Officer before embarking on her recruitment career.




Renee Russo, Senior Consultant

A renowned consultant, Renee has been working in the recruitment industry for the past 12 years. Renee began in government with responsibility for the Victorian State Government Panel. Throughout her career, she has recruited for white collar executive and business support roles, in both the temporary and the permanent markets. Most recently, Renee has worked as an executive recruiter, specialising in project management, insurance, procurement and business support roles.

Based in Melbourne, Renee is an open communicator with a consultative approach. Renee understands the importance of forging solid relationships with her clients to understand their immediate and long term needs. With established business relationships and networks in both commercial and public sectors, Renee is well-positioned to provide strategic market advice to clients about senior executive profiles and appropriate sourcing methodologies.

Sarah Tamasi, Consultant

After working as a Personal Assistant (PA), Sarah embarked on her recruitment career in Canberra, recruiting across a broad variety of roles that included office support, PA, Executive Assistants (EA), Labourers, Storeman and Traffic Control Supervisors. She also recruited Executive Level staff for government clients.

Since joining Regent, Sarah has managed the EA bulk recruitment process for the Department of Human Services and recruited for OHS&E staff, banking and finance staff and scribes.

With this varied background and a mix of consulting experience encompassing cold calls, marketing and service visits, Sarah is at ease in working with candidates and clients across all disciplines. In addition to her recruiting interests, Sarah is currently studying law and communications part-time.
