A great opportunity has arrived with Australia's leading Media and Telecommunication Company. Our client is seeking an exception Confrence Administrator.

The role:
Working in a supportive and friendly environment, This position is for a Customer Service Consultant who will be responsible for providing technical assistance and basic customer training on specific audio and web products. Also in this role you will be accountable for answering inbound inquiries and provide information in relation to customised registration, monitoring Inbox as well as updating calls before passing on to a connecting agent.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for people with a strong customer service and technical background within call centres or retail who have excellent communication, negotiation and impeccable relationship building skills. Ideally you will possess the following attributes:
