The role: Working in a supportive and friendly environment, This position is for a Customer Service Consultant who will be responsible for providing technical assistance and basic customer training on specific audio and web products. Also in this role you will be accountable for answering inbound inquiries and provide information in relation to customised registration, monitoring Inbox as well as updating calls before passing on to a connecting agent.
