Supporting a team of up to 20 people this is a role for an administrator who can handle a fast-paced financial services environment. Duties include: - Sales team support
- Campaign management
- Compiling and creating sales team presentations on PowerPoint
- Booking and managing appointments
- Diary and itinerary management
- Handling client queries with sound product knowledge
- Email and phone screening and handling team correspondence
- Manage ad hoc sales projects
The successful candidate will have: - Sales and/or Administrative experience within a financial services environment
- Passion for sales and the sales environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with strong PowerPoint
- Exceptional organisational, planning and communication skills essential
- A good eye for detail
- Excellent presentation skills / impeccable personal presentation
- A proven team player
- The ability to deliver a high standard of work
