Our client is seeking an outstanding and exceptional Complex Billing Consultant. Working from Monday to Friday on a rotating roster, you will provide premium customer service to customers in regards to complex billing enquiries of a range of complex products and services. Also you will be responsible for the timely resolution of these enquiries in order to meet service standards and ensure that customer satisfactions levels are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve outstanding issues where the customer is concerned through detailed analysis of the customer's data.
• Resolve complex inquiries through analysing customers bills and making the necessary changes and adjustments in accordance's to the policies and procedures of the organisation.
