Centrelink:

Centrelink is a government agency delivering a range of Commonwealth services to the Australian community. Centrelink was created to provide exceptional service to the community by linking Australian government services and achieving best practice in service delivery. It is organised into 15 Areas around Australia and currently consists of over 450 metropolitan, rural and remote sites. Centrelink became a portfolio agency of The Department of Human Services (DoHS) when DoHS was established in October 2004.

Regent proudly assists Centrelink with recruitment and staffing services nationally through a number of ongoing preferred supplier arrangements. Key requirements for these contracts include the ability to service multiple sites across Australia, the facilitation of technology-enhanced volume recruitment services and an in-depth understanding of Public Sector recruitment.

VicRoads:

VicRoads is the registered business name of the Roads Corporation, a Victorian statutory authority. VicRoads works to achieve improved access, safety and mobility for Victoria's road users and serves the community by managing the Victorian road network and its use as an integral part of the overall transport system.

VicRoads is responsible for maintaining and improving the condition and performance of Victoria's 22,240 km of arterial roads and 4924 bridges and major culverts. VicRoads also develops road safety programs, registers vehicles and licenses drivers. VicRoads has 2245 staff that work with other government agencies, local government and the private sector to provide cost-effective products and services to the community.

Regent currently provides temporary and permanent staffing services to VicRoads. Key requirements for VicRoads include staffing assistance with multiple metropolitan, regional and rural locations and the sourcing of multiple roles at a variety of skill and experience levels.

Telstra is Australia's leading telecommunications and information services company, with one of the best-known brands in the country. They offer a full range of services and compete in all telecommunications markets throughout Australia. Telstra provides more than 10 million household, business and wholesale customers with a range of services including:

  • wholesale services to other carriers and service providers;
  • mobile and wireless communications;

  • pay television services through its 50 per cent share of FOXTEL.

Regent proudly assists Telstra with temporary, contract and permanent placements across Victoria and Tasmania through three preferred supplier panel appointments. We provide staff for a variety of sites and roles for Telstra including local exchanges, metropolitan and regional call centres, planning groups, engineering and project sites and work gangs for laying fibre optic cable.

Key requirements for this account include assistance with placements across metropolitan, regional and rural sites, compliance with client-specific assessment requirements and adherence to strict supplier/vendor-management regimes.

Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade:

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) represents the Commonwealth of Australia.
DFAT's goals are to:

DFAT manages a network of over 80 overseas posts, including Australian embassies, high commissions, consulates-general and consulates. The department employs more than 3 300 people in Australia and overseas. One in four of the department's overseas staff is posted from Australia (generally for three years).
