Licensing (R&L) team since
September 2008. He is a very
diligent and valued member
of the VicRoads/Regent team
and consistently performs
to a very high standard.
His
manager and team leaders often
comment on his work ethic
and positive approach: "Bill
is well mannered, very polite
and is always willing to assist.
Bill completes all tasks with
a 'can do' attitude. There
have been instances where
management have walked past
the counter and customers
have complimented Bill on
how efficient and polite he
was. He sets a good example
for all."
During
2009, Bill's efforts were
formally acknowledged twice
by VicRoads, when he received
management nominations for
the VicRoads Sunshine staff-achievement
award.
